Welcome to Zion 3—a Christ-centered, 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to healing mind, body, and spirit. We walk alongside those impacted by mental health challenges, offering hope, healing, and the support needed to thrive in who God created you to be.

At Zion 3, we believe true healing comes from caring for the mind, body and spirit —just as God created us whole. Our purpose is to walk with you, offering encouragement and support as you move toward wholeness in Jesus Christ.

Our team brings together licensed mental health therapists, a registered dietitian, an herbalist, and a spiritual counselor—professionals united in their calling to provide Christ-centered care for the mind, body and spirit.

We offer wellness programs tailored to meet the needs of our clients and community. Our holistic approach includes mental health therapy, physical health, spiritual support, and community workshops.
